On May 22, 2022, CBS News had closed down its radio network after nearly a century of service. During my one year at WBAL Radio, I was afforded opportunities to contribute stories to the CBS Radio News.
Like other broadcasters, I have also admired and learned from the many voices of CBS News over the years: Christopher Glenn, Jim Chenevey, Steve Kathan, Harley Carnes, Christopher Cruise, Sam Litzinger, Charles Osgood, Peter Maer, Steve Futterman, and countless others whose voices were my companions growing up and as I was getting started in my career.
I was priveleged to have contributed to CBS Radio News during my time with WBAL 1090AM in Baltimore. Below is a montage of those stories.
